Assumable Finder provides a subscription-based platform that aggregates and displays on-market real estate properties with assumable mortgages. The Service includes:

Access to property listings with assumable FHA, VA, and Non-Veteran VA loans
Interactive map and filtering tools
Property financial data and analysis
Links to external listing sources

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the subscription fee of $79 per month
Automatic monthly billing until cancelled
Provide accurate payment information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

5. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Assumable Finder:

Does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or financial data
Is not responsible for information provided by third-party sources
Recommends independent verification of all property details before making decisions

6. Not Real Estate Advice

The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute real estate, financial, or legal advice. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any security measures

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Assumable Finder and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Assumable Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
